Summers in the city are about dizzying heat and hair-rising humidity. To keep you cool this summer, Yauatcha, the dim sum teahouse from London brings an array of summer special cocktails and coolers.

Sip on some easy breezy cocktails like Lalu a concoction of vodka, lychee liqueur, lemon grass, oolong tea and lychee juice, Lychee Martini mixed with vodka, lychee liqueur, gomme syrup, lychee juice with orange cream citrate bitters, Thea Martini a mix of vodka, ginger juice, vanilla and chilli sugar, apple juice and lime, Cha La Lai that includes grapes, vodka, gomme syrup, apple liqueur, oolong tea and apple juice

Try non-alcoholic mocktails like Cucumber and Lime Iced Tea a mix of cucumber, lime, gomme syrup and jasmine tea, Tokyo Cooler combination of lemongrass, raspberries, peach juice, guava juice, gomme syrup, elderflower syrup and lemon juice, Lime and Passion Iced Tea a mix of passion fruit, lime, apple and jasmine tea, Orange and Chili a concoction of lemongrass, mint leaves, palm syrup, chilli syrup and mandarin juice.

ABOUT YAUATCHA

Yauatcha is a Chinese dim sum teahouse offering an all-day dining experience. Launched in 2004 in the heart of Soho in London, Yauatcha gained immediate critical acclaim and received its Michelin star within a year of opening which it continues to maintain. Yauatcha provides a unique dining experience, offering authentic dim sum with a contemporary influence as well as wok dishes and other small eats. The concept is a modern interpretation of the traditional Chinese teahouse featuring a wide range of Chinese, Indian, Japanese and Taiwanese teas. Yauatcha is currently located in London, in Soho and in the City, as well as in Mumbai, New Delhi, Bengaluru and Kolkata, and will be launching in Houston and Honolulu in 2017.
