Reliance JIO donates 50,000 N95 masks and sanitisers to Bengaluru Traffic Police


Bengaluru, 27 August 2020: Reliance Industries Ltd. (RIL) has responded to its call-of-duty to be at the service of the nation 24×7 in our collective fight against Covid-19. RIL has already initiated a multi-pronged prevention, mitigation, and ongoing support strategy that is comprehensive, sustainable, and resilient. This approach can be ramped up further to scale as required by the nation.

Reliance Foundation & Reliance Jio Infocomm honoured the Bangalore Traffic police at a function organized at the Bangalore Traffic Management Center. The Reliance Group donated 50000 N-95 masks & 50000 Hand sanitizers to support the Bangalore Traffic Police. The tireless work carried out by the traffic police personnel in the time of pandemic was recognized in presence of the Commissioner of Police, Sh.Kamal Pant & the Joint Commissioner of Police for Traffic, Sh.Ravikanthe Gowda. Sh.Amitabh Bhatia, CEO Reliance Jio Karnataka & Sh. Jimmy Amrolia, State Mentor & VP Reliance Industries, represented the Reliance Group.
