Dr. Shivananda C S, Principal of Global Indian International School (GIIS), Bangalore “Our students have done us proud by achieving a 100% pass percentage in the CBSE Class X examinations. Sri Uma Maheshwari V topped the class with 96.4% with a total of 482, scoring a perfect 100 in Mathematics. It’s indeed a pride moment to also share that Uma Maheshwari has won prize from ISRO in space quiz and was invited to witness the launch of a GSLV satellite. She is also a scholar at Advanced Learning Centre for bright students by IISC, Bengaluru. Among other toppers from the batch, Anirudh Pradyumnan Srinivasan scored 95.6% and Himanshi Sarkar secured 3rd position with 94.4%. And Rushil Verma, who has scored a centum (100 marks) in Hindi, is an achievement worth mentioning. GIIS has always ensured a learning-centric environment for its students to help them achieve academic excellence.
